I have been a loyal customer of Pete’s since at least 2000 maybe even earlier but who counting at this point . That must say something about the relationship that we have forged threw the years . In this day and age when everything is easily available on line it is hard to keep those types of relationships . The only way to do that is by not only giving a decent price and good product, but by standing bye the product . On two occasions this has happened . First was with a new pizza prep bench . the condenser showed up broken and Pete work quickly to fix the problem and second when I ordered the wrong size grill installed it used it and then had to call with my tail between my legs asking if he could take it back and get me the bigger size . He did and apologized saying he should have known better . Now that kind of business relationship works for me and I bet will work for you !!
