Pete’s Restaurant Equipment started out servicing just the Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont areas. We believe in small town New England values, but now we are working with customers from coast to coast. Treating our customers like a friend who lives in our own neighborhood. Our business is a small family owned company and we’ve been that way for over 30 years. We prefer to deal with customers on a “face-to-face” basis, but we will do our best to help you out if you can’t make the drive.
Pete’s used equipment has been thoroughly cleaned and repaired to good working condition, and has a 30 day guarantee. Nothing leaves our shop without being tested and completely reconditioned. We would be more than happy to demonstrate the equipment for you while you are here shopping.
Our business practice is to “service what we sell”, and this is what we do for our local customer. If we have something that you need and require it to be shipped we will do our best to work with you.
If you want to buy a used piece of equipment sight-unseen and you want us to ship the item to you, then you are accepting responsibility for the fact that this is a used piece of equipment and may not be perfect. We can not be responsible for a used piece of equipment once it leaves our warehouse and can not warranty against damage during shipping. We will pack or crate the item with care, but if there is any damage during shipment you will need to address that with the shipper. For the reasons mentioned above we can not offer the same 30 day guarantee on used pieces shipped sight-unseen. We will guarantee that the item has been tested and in good working order before it is shipped. On the sale of sight-unseen equipment we require that you mail payment in the form of a money order or bank check. If you send a personal check then the funds will need to clear prior to shipment.
